rolls-royce:

this 1939 Rolls-Royce Phantom III “Vutotal” Cabriolet by Labourdette recalls an era when driving was always an artful experience.  completely rebuilt by the Parisian designer Henri Labourdette. Labourdette tore the Phantom III down to the bones, adorning its body with gold plating and brass fixtures on a shape that stretched sensually from bumper to bumper. creating something we strive for in this day in age... pure unadulterated elegance.

bottega veneta:

there's a reason why we want to be with thomas maier this spring...  spring/summer 2011 for bottega veneta felt like a beach day/a surfer's wrinkled paradise albeit an extremely high end one.  from the wrinkled suiting to the oversized "lounge" pants we want to be on thomas's holiday.

moss nyc: poetic license

Celebrating its 15th anniversary, Moss Gallery has continuously presented, through highly curated exhibitions in its now-iconic SoHo gallery, as well as its installations at Design Miami/Basel, the ever-evolving rich dialogue between Industrial Design and Studio Art, illuminating the intersections of various disciplines as they merge and morph, fluidly crossing boundaries and breaking taboos surrounding function, decoration, art and design. Championing the work of narrative as well as process-based conceptual artist/designers such as Maarten Baas, Fernando and Humberto Campana, Studio Job, Tord Boontje, Gaetano Pesce, Hella Jongerius, Tom Dixon, Arik Levy, and Andrea Salvetti, Moss articulates the vital thinking that is inherent in their works.
