2009 paris exposition @ la monnaie de paris: the opening last night was a cluster of the paris art/fashion/money set; past the crowds, the david lachapelle retrospective is a beautiful display of his work, pop-ups or pop-outs actually of religious mockery and auto collisions that evoke the young hollywood f-ups were on display along with many of the iconic set designed and saturated colored images we come to love from david. check it before may 31st.
