spring/summer 2010: karl lagerfeld for chanel went on a hoe-down. well an incredibly french and throughly chic hoe-down, setting the 'farm' stage was a live performance from lily allen. classic chanel with a touch to the softer side, the extraordinary beading and needle work, ruffles, appliquéd flowers and oh so much tulle.
